Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sysarticles.com, the SysArticles Daily Tech Brief (videos, articles, podcasts, newsletters) and our accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and podcast platforms (together, the "Services"), operated by SysArticles ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. The Services

SysArticles publishes news and commentary about technology for information purposes. Our content is produced with AI assistance from publicly available primary sources that we link to, and it is narrated with an AI model of our presenter's own voice. Images marked "AI-generated" are synthetic. We use an internal tool, SysTube, to publish our content to our own accounts; SysTube is not offered to the public.

2. No professional advice

Our content is general information, not professional, legal, security, financial or investment advice. Before acting on a security advisory or product information, check the vendor's official guidance. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of our content.

3. Accuracy

We work to be accurate and to attribute every claim to its source, but news changes quickly and errors can happen. If you see a mistake, tell us at info@sysarticles.com and we will correct it.

4. Third-party content and licenses

Some footage, images and audio clips come from third parties under their licenses (for example Creative Commons Attribution, public domain or editorial press kits). They are credited on screen and in descriptions and remain the property of their owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

5. Your comments and messages

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, spam, misleading, or that infringes others' rights. We may moderate, hide, reply to or remove comments on our posts, with the help of automated tools, and block repeat abusers. By posting a comment on sysarticles.com you allow us to display it on the site.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no attempts to disrupt or overload our systems, scrape them at scale, bypass security, or impersonate SysArticles.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, scripts, narration, graphics, logos and compilation of the Services belong to SysArticles. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. Other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

8. Affiliate links and sponsored mentions

Some links are affiliate links and some mentions may be paid; they are disclosed where they appear. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Purchases from partners are governed by the partner's terms.

9. Platform terms

When you use our content on a third-party platform, that platform's terms also apply, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, Meta Terms, LinkedIn User Agreement and X Terms of Service.

10. External links

We link to sources and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SysArticles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Services.

13. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the Services and update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
